Salon policies

We understand that life happens & schedules change. In respect to your time & ours, we please ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice of any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 

Upon the event of several last minute cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to require a deposit upon future bookings. 

To ensure we provide the best possible experience for our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

If you are running late, please call to inform us. 

Although we always do our best to accommodate our clients, late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your services. 

Our top priority is our client's satisfaction with their services.

Refunds are not issued on salon services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your services, please reach out to the salon so we are able to make any necessary adjustments at no cost. 

We ask that you return to the same stylist that provided your original service for adjustments. 

The prices provided on our website are base, starting prices. Prices are subject to change based on hair length, density & time needed for a service. 

We do not offer price quotes over the phone, Instagram, Facebook or Email, as we are not able to see your hair in person. 

Complimentary consultations are recommended prior to your appointment date, to accurately determine your service costs.
